Our customers are typically companies and groups of companies, headquartered in Denmark and operates nationally and internationally. We have done projects in Germany, Check Replublic, Latvia, Lithuania, Russia and China.

We strive for a long-standing and developing cooperation with our customers, based on a foundation of mutual trust. Many of our customers have been with us for many years – some brand since the start-up in 2000.

Every year we get new exciting customers. They develop us with new challenges, new industries, new products and new markets, etc.

Selected project examples:

Sales optimization – primarily process optimization and focus on additional sales. Result: Revenue + DKK 20 million per year.

Flow analysis, optimization of ship and truck routes, implement route optimization IT system –We stood among other things for specification on this IT system. Result: An annual reduction of operating cost of DKK 27 million.

Optimize production management, planning and inventory control at 5 factories. Result: Inventory value reduced by DKK 50 million.

Reduction of Quality errors – including quality review of all workflows and processes and the development of a troubleshooting tool. (China) Result: Quality errors reduced by 73% (from 11% to less than 3%)
