As a coach and sparring partner for top management, our task is both to bring new ideas, but also to contribute with concrete proposals on solving the challenges facing the management team.

Either on an ongoing basis when needed or in a more structured form with regular meetings.

Coach for the individual leader

The starting point is the Manager’s needs in the current situation and typically runs 6-12 months, with 1-2 meetings per month.

Through this process, the Manager often achieves the following:
